Elderberries have been used for centuries for their medicinal properties. They have been used to help with allergies, constipation, colds, and the flu. The berries are packed full of nutrients such as Vitamin A, C, & B, Thiamin, Riboflavin, Niacin, Fiber, and Antioxidants.
Elderberry Syrup has also been known to not only help prevent colds and flus, but to also reduce the length of sickness by 3 to 5 days.
Ingredients: Organic Elderberries, Distilled Water, Raw Honey, Fresh Ginger, Cinnamon, and Cloves.
How to Use: Take Daily to aid in prevention of cold/flu viruses. Take more often if symptoms occur to ease and shorten duration of illness (every 4 - 6 hrs)
Adults: 1 TBS, Children 1 yr - 12 yrs: 1 tsp
